Clear Logic Electrical provides licensed electrical services including (but not limited to) emergency call-outs, fault finding, switchboard upgrades, lighting installation, security and safety work, and construction-related electrical services.

All work is carried out in accordance with applicable Australian Standards and electrical safety regulations.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are provided based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change if the scope of work varies.

Where unforeseen issues arise, we will explain the situation and any additional costs before proceeding.

All prices are in Australian Dollars unless otherwise stated.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

Appointment times are scheduled by mutual agreement.

We ask that reasonable notice be provided if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking.

Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may incur a call-out or cancellation fee.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined at the time of quoting or invoicing.

Invoices are payable within the timeframe specified on the invoice.

Late payments may result in additional fees or delays in further work.

5. Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe, clear access to the work area at the agreed time. Clear Logic Electrical reserves the right to refuse or cease work if conditions are unsafe or if access is restricted.

6. Warranties and Workmanship

All electrical work is completed by a licensed electrician and complies with relevant safety requirements.

Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied products where applicable.

Any concerns regarding workmanship should be raised as soon as possible so they can be assessed and addressed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Clear Logic Electrical is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the provision of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, store, and disclose your information.

9. Changes to These Terms
